Dennis Pawlak, owner of Pawlak Construction has an extensive background in the building and customer service industry, consisting of going to school for Heating & A/C and Police Science, a thirteen year career working for Menards as a merchandiser and buyer and now, over 23 years as a Builder. Pawlak Construction is a full service construction company building new housing, providing comprehensive remodeling services and specializing in barrier free housing to customers with ADA or other physical limitations. Dennis served as the 2006-2007 President of the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association and has actively volunteered with the Parade of Homes, Home and Garden Committees.

Dennis is active in pursuing continuing education to keep current on state building laws, local construction ordinances and building trends, methods. Pawlak Construction has also been recognized by UCP as the 2004 Business of the Year for his work in barrier free housing.
